William Vikatos

William Vikatos is the Chief Operating Officer of EuroEnergy and is responsible for the development, sales and operations of the company in Greece and abroad. Before being appointed COO of EuroEnergy in April 2023, William had undertaken many leading positions in the energy sector, including CEO at Siemens Wind Power GmbH and Managing Director in Bulgaria, Israel, and other Balkan countries at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. William excels in the renewable energy field, specializing in wind power projects ranging from green field development to EPC construction and O&M. He holds a Ph.D. in Turbomachinery Aerodynamics and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, and has over 25 years of experience in engineering.
