Euripides Ioannou

Euripides Ioannou is the head of Project Finance & Energy of PotamitisVekris with focus on finance, construction and regulation of energy, infrastructure and real estate projects.

He has advised on project financings of electricity generation from renewable energy sources in excess of 1,600MW and 1250MW of thermal electricity generation, as well as M&A transactions of more than 4,900MW of renewable generation projects. Euripides has also advised on three successful large Waste management projects, on upstream exploration and exploitation of oil & gas, on gas pipeline regulation and on electricity trading.

His infrastructure experience extends to advising sponsors and lenders on concessions and PPPs of large infrastructure projects (motorways, airports, marinas), as well as on large real estate developments in the commercial and hospitality sector.
