Aristotelis Chantavas

Aristotelis is currently the Head of Europe area in Enel Green Power, managing the renewable business of Enel in these countries, focusing mainly on wind, solar, hydro and battery storage technologies. Moreover, in March 2020 he was elected for first time as the President of SolarPower Europe and in March 2023 he was reelected.

He has diverse background in the management of different types of renewable projects, varying both in size and type. His broad professional career in renewable energy, both in Europe and North America, includes executive roles in business development, construction and maintenance, M&A and new investments.

Aristotelis graduated in Civil Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace and holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management from University of Warwick, with further specialization in Entrepreneurial Studies at Harvard University and MIT Sloan School of Management.
