Kostis Rokas is a Managing Director at CVC and is based in Athens. Kostis has over 15 years of professional experience primarily in private equity as well as investment banking and strategic advisory. He is responsible for sourcing opportunities, monitoring investments and supporting managements to build better businesses with sustainable growth plans.
Kostis has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University where he graduated magna cum laude and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

CVC is one of the most active institutional investors in Greece, having invested circa €1.5bn of equity since 2017 across various sectors.
